  1. Ballgame Cabrerea sigh...nothing like letting a team right back in it.
  2. Yikes sounds like Ordonez just missed it.
  3. I got Ordonez single Cabrera walk Thames hit Ballgame
  4. Paulie is all cluthc all of the time DP Todd Jones ERA is 4.17 yet the Sox unable to touch him Dye is barely getting the ball out of hte infield. Is it cold in Detroit today
  5. Farm not telling us Quentin got a hit until he has rounded the base. I thought it was a line drive to left in the air....
  6. I understand that Verlander and Rogers are good pitchers but the Sox have 8 hits and 2 runs in 17 innings and it looks like this team is just not capable of losing it and not regaining it. Why is Dye calling off Anderson? Why is Quentin breaking back on a ball from a guy that can not hit a ball over 200 ft? This team wants to make me mental.
  7. Wow, this is getting worse Anderson is in a hurry to get somewhere
  8. Nice job Mark going to the 8th
  9. Walk to Rodriguez.... Is anyone warming?
  10. Pitches 87 Rogers 79 Buehrle
  11. Sad thing is, is that the Sox can not hit Jones. Rogers making it look really easy.
  12. Ed and Stone talking about the pop-ups. 10 pop-ups yesterday and 5 today plus soft fly balls........
  13. Get the pen up. Three hits in a row.
  14. Not looking good...... Why play behind Polanco with a RH hitter up?
  15. Pop out to short.........sigh.........second time today for Dye The pop outs on the infield have made a dramatic appearance the last couple of days.
  16. Bad break there........dp
  17. Buehrle 60 pitches Rogers 65 pitches Come on O.
  18. Farm hangin a star on OC.
  19. BA needs a better AB there.
  20. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 12, 2008 -> 12:04 PM) Justin Verlander can make it look pretty easy against a lot of teams. Rogers ugh...but I can't hold being beat by Verlander against a team. The lose I understand, it was the fact that there just seemed to be no chance. Same thing as today.
  21. Buerhle 50 pitches through 4.
  22. QUOTE (Cowch @ Jun 12, 2008 -> 11:58 AM) FWIW, Verlander and Rogers have pitched well of late. Robertson though, they should have beaten easily. I'm sure Tiger fans are mad their offense is getting any runs off of Buehrle right now, and he's striking them out. and the Sox offense was turning into legendary status as well. I was justhoping for a little more the last two days. Seems that Verlander and Rogers are making it look really easy.
  23. QUOTE (southsideirish71 @ Jun 12, 2008 -> 11:56 AM) The no hit sox will be fine when they get back to the Cell and their home run swings work in the small park. Except for the Dodger excursion the next 19 of 22 are in parks that favor the softball swing. DP, nice.
  24. Three struggling pitchers and the Sox are making them look like world beaters. This team is woofully inconsistent offensivelly.
