  5. Smart strategy by the Sox, imo. They're getting all their injuries out of the way very early and will be untouchable in the second half.

  7. IIRC Canadian oil is very expensive to extract and refine so unless oil prices are high it's not worth it. It also requires a lot of capital investment to increase capacity, and the demand may not still be there a year or more from now.

    It was a firefight at the admin (office) building outside the plant, not an assault on the reactors themselves. This plant apparently provides 25% of Ukraine's electricity, so it makes sense to capture it from a strategic standpoint. If they want an annexed or puppeted Ukraine, they'll want these critical multi-billion dollar assets intact I'd imagine.
  12. No, at least the few large IBEW and CWA locals I've been tangentially related to. Simple negotiations as in any other business.
  13. CBA's are negotiated for millions of workers in numerous industries and trades all the time without strike threats.
