I think we should make an offer for James Shields. Price tag is a little high but its only two more years after this one and perhaps SD could throw in a couple million. I'm thinking an offer like Sanchez and EJ and maybe another lower level prospect. Is that enough?

The Bullpen still has a 0 in the loss column. What an impressive group so far.

When Bowman gave up Dano and Danault at the deadline, getting Ladd was great but I would have preferred a defensive upgrade rather than the two depth forwards they ended up with.

I think starting with sanchez in chicago and johnson in charlotte makes the most sense but if Micah is tearing up Charlotte and Sanchez is doing fine in chicago will they be willing to make a switch midseason

I still think the Bulls can win the east. I know everyone hates hinrich but he can run the offense and there are enough offensive weapons around him.

I am going to spring training this year for the first weekend in March. We are staying in Phoenix, has anybody done this before? Is there a public transportation option to get to glendale or will we need a cab? Thanks, Joe

Hawkins Beck and Sanchez

I think Brandon McCarthy would be a good signing. His numbers once he went to the Yankees and started using his change up were great

He hit 3 homers in a game I was at in 2012. That was enjoyable. Looking forward to #14 being retired (as well as #56)
