Actually that can be proven. You can test for a positive. Find one and the theory is false. Trying to prove a negative is a logical impossibility. You have to exhaust every option, before you could conclusively say it doesn't exist.

If for some reason you are not successful in getting into your 1st Choice, find out about alternate enrollment options.
