I wish Stone was calling this one. -
Welcome to Chicago. Don't fuck this up.

They are nice. The challenge is charging while camping. We typically spend have our time off grid and remote. When portable solar charging is efficient it would be am amazing choice for me. My nephew in California just took delivery last week of a Rivian. Traded in his Model 3. My oldest is on the Riv waiting list. I'm excited to see those.

Good Texas kid

I need a pickup for towing so I'm stuck with 20 mpg.

Whoa. Be careful Sox fans. Uncle Jerry and Grandpa Tony may get confused and believe fans want to hire Bradshaw.

Pujols Appreciation Thread - McGwire/Sosa of 2022?

I had them as a third place team and missing the playoffs. So far I'm seeing a team that can meet those *lofty* expectations, and a team that plays like a WS contender in stretches. No one gets through a season healthy. Everyone loses starters for stretches. We could hope and believe all of ours have happened, but I think we know someone is going on the IR in the next two weeks. We just don't know who. I'll keep watching with low expectations and won't be disappointed.

I just did one of those old guy things. I love my truck, but disliked all the chrome. I was planning on having the wheels powder coated. To get a better deal on the powder coating I started to really clean them. I use mostly Chemical Guys products and they recommend their light metal polish. Two hours later I really like the chrome and cancelled getting the wheels done. No one under sixty has chrome wheels.

Is it still contactless or can you use cash again?
Texsox replied to vilehoopster's topic in Pale Hose Talk
I only do because of the tips I get for a comedy show I'm doing. It just kind of adds up in my wallet. Ironically it gets used primarily on tips for musicians and the waiter at my wine club. We prepay for the wine in our locker so many times I don't have any charges. I never use cash anymore. I also write less than five checks per year, almost all to the school. -
Yet, I be an in better shape today than any point in the list 20 years. Feel great. I just have a couple of lurkers.

We expected to be road tripping each day. We do touristy for awhile then retreat. We also tend to "dip our toes" the first trip then if it's something we really want to explore we'll come back in a year or two and stay two or three weeks. Driving the area helps is to get the lay of the land. I'm also reading some fiction that is set in Door County. That also helps me get a feel.

Twrivers, I haven't been there in years. When I had customers up that way there was a hotel right on the water I stayed at. The water would practically reach the bar windows.

Took my echo this past week. We are also monitoring my Leukemia a bit closer with tests every three months instead of annual. I'm just really lucky I caught COVID in 2022 after two vaccinations and a booster.

I was so relieved when the cough stopped. Once I stopped coughing I could sleep better and it really helped the pain. The most serious lingering issue for me is it probably caused, (or just a coincidence), right bundle branch blockage in my heart. I never really lost my sense of smell or taste. It was reduced for a while, but wasn't a big deal. I actually questioned the lab results.

@RTC thank you! That was exactly what I was hoping for. We're making reservations now. We're actually staying one night at a Harvest Host farm up the island then the rest of the week at Potawanomi St. Park. Simon Creek is definitely our style. While we will go to kitschy Swedish breakfast type places you usually try to avoid tourist crowds. Any other foods we need to try besides everything cherry and a fish boil? Odd ball question, and good bookstores?

We've been to Madeline Island or the surrounding area four or five times. We've never been east of the Porcupine Mountain in the UP. We're spending one week in northern Illinois, one week in Door County, three weeks in the UP, then it's kind of up in the air.

I'm worried about his long term recovery. While having an active case wasn't really a big deal for me, the three month cough, body ache, etc was horrible.

Let's trade em all for prospects. I love those fifteen game under .500 decades while dreaming of being competitive.

It's Senior ditch day. I'm just chilling all day. Probably 75% out
