I'd like the movement to support one of two things: A. USA sanctioned Marines to hunt and kill Kony B. Use the funds to hire the private militaty organizations that the US hires out themselves, to go and hunt and kill Kony. I don't trust building a Ugandan army because A. Kony has seemingly moved out of Uganda and B. The region is too fragile for a powerful army and therefore susceptible to another Warlord takeover, but this time with an even more powerful army.

A3 thinking baby! Seriously look into the book as it gives a nice introduction into what A3's can do for your CI initiatives. I'm in IT, and we're trying to implement Lean thinking, and it's hard to transfer those processes from manufacturing into IT, but I like the A3 principal: why, why, why. It really focuses on finding the issue(s) of the problem, and not just band-aiding it but really stopping the problem where it starts.
