My mom made a good point when I mentioned this to her. She said it would be easy to set the catagories to his knowledge after say he wins for the 5th time. I haven't been watching so I don't know if there has been any trends in the categories.

Not if the guy went out of his way to hit the other player I wouldn't. Especially if the catcher didn't have the ball. If he did or it was coming to the catcher, yeah it's a clean play (bear in mind I was in the chatroom, not watching the TV when it happened so Ii don't know what exactly happened).

She already tried to talk me into trading 'up' on a diamond for the one part of the ring. There is no way I would trade up or buy a larger band for it as this is the ring we picked, this is the ring I keep.

Has anyone experienced a crack in the band on a ring? I just noticed a crack that is on the back of one of my rings. It's 14 carat gold and the crack is all the way through (not a jagged crack, a smooth break). Is this normal? If it is cracking now, what's going to happen when the two pieces are soldered together (which I might as well get done now as long as they are going to have to do the repair - life time warranty on it). Just curious as I have never owned a gold ring before...

Being that I would never be on the jury (don't live anywhere near there lol), I am willing to form a preliminary opinion on this. They also found a clump of hair near the mattress store in the garbage. I think he did it because he flipped out (mentally not because of anger) when she found out he didn't graduate college and wasn't signed up for med school. I also think the dancing around naked thing outside the motel was done to set up an insanity plea. Yes, I watch too many detective shows lol .
