By any chance, does anyone know if any particular station(s) are broadcasting the games? I heard OLN which sucks because I do not get that station. With the way the Canes have been playing, I might not want to watch them, but I would turn my attention to the Senators if the Canes fall from the playoffs.

QUOTE(Heads22 @ Apr 19, 2006 -> 11:34 AM) Krispy Kreme's melt in your mouth. I'll take a Dunkin Donut over a Krispy Kreme any day of the week. Krispy Kremes are too sweet and too greasy for me.

Ryan just showed up at the court house (they are trying to get everyone assembled).

Why does my MIL seem to think that her kids should be over their father's death when it has only been a few months (4 months almost exactly)? If she wants her kids in her life, she needs to stop disparaging him in front of them.

We are going to Brian's aunt's house so other than ham, I have no idea.

That's scary that someone can feel "threatened" by a book - um, how about do not read it if it turns you off? What are the titles that he suggested? -
Just had the adjustment to my braces yesterday. I was in less pain after having my two teeth pulled. I have been living on generic tylenol since I got home yesterday. I hope the note on in the insurance paperwork was correct that I am looking at 5 more months of this rather than 8...ugh.

Off today, thankfully.

I agree completely Kyyle. It would, IMO, make the community look stupid though (if there is no other evidence and they flip out thinking a case hasn't been persued because of race rather than the fact there is no evidence to prove anything happened). It really is starting to appear as if it was a bulls*** story though. Like Steff, I wonder what is giving the DA so much confidence.

I work out, write it out and sometimes tell my hamsters about it. The last one costs me treats though.

Since I am 6 days post-extraction, I should be clear of developing dry socket, right?

QUOTE(Linnwood @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 07:21 PM) Thanks for the answer Kalapse! The black jersey is my fav too, in fact both the jerseys I have to wear to the game are the black alt. So here is to them keeping the winning streak alive! The jersey I have is this one with Konerko and 14 on it.

I thought the announcers' reaction as well as various drivers' reactions was a hell of a lot more humorous than the interaction. Kinda wish that Biff's broad would have b**** slapped Kurt b****'s broad though. They definitely could have worded that better. lol

And in this one they state a doctor did examine him after it happened, something conveniently missing in other reports I have read on this. She is clueless, but it seems like the media is going out of their way to make her look worse than she really is (not saying she is a good mother as I do not know her or the kid).
-
Superceded Queen?! Paula has proven to be a completely clueless individula when it comes to Queen and I hope Simon b****-slaps some sense into her.

Oh and what was with the black stiletto boots the chicks were wearing?! When I saw them all I could think of was the video to "I Want To Break Free" haha.

The only one that didn't seem to tick off Brian was that Paris girl. I seriously thought he was going to start ripping about the whole thing after the bit with Ace. He was ticked about something and really did not seem to be thrilled with Ace or his singing. Roger just seemed somewhat shocked at how...I don't know...lacking some of the singers were. Simon didn't seem to care for any of their attempts at Queen at all. Can't blame him. I am going to do everything I can to get home tomorrow in case Brian and Roger are performing. Considering everything around "Show Must Go On" (last video footage of Freddie was the making of this video and other obvious things), I was nervous about it being performed, but she was the only one that didn't seem to irritate Brian. Brian has never struck me as someone that irritates easy, but he really seemed irritated in those bits tonight (too much touring with Paul lol?).

Brian loves South Park, but I have never been able to get into it. I'll watch it with him, but it's just not my cup of tea.

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Apr 11, 2006 -> 08:11 PM) I am just going to steal QPs post, and add my comments. •Ace Young, We Will Rock YouTerrible! No emotion at all for a rock ANTHEM. You don't sing this song, you practically scream it. Too cutesy for the song. •Bucky Covington, Fat Bottomed Girls: Another of a few who don't get you don't sing the lyrics for Queen. I noticed many times that I thought back to the way Freddy Mercury could put emphasis on many words in a lyric, instead of just singing the whole lyric in one tone. This may be the end for Bucky. •Chris Daughtry, Innuendo zzzzz boring. Same sounding song, again. Also very safe, no range, no originality. I wonder who he ripped it off from? •Elliott Yamin, Somebody to Love Again, not in the league of the song. He was within too small of a range, for a song with a HUGE range. Again, very boring. •Katharine McPhee, Who Wants to Live ForeverStood out like a sore thumb wearing red. The preformance was very forgettable. •Kellie Pickler, Bohemian Rhapsody2nd best preformance of the week. Great range, good show. I just wish someone would shut her up... please? •Paris Bennett, The Show Must Go On A surprisingly good week for Paris. She did get the idea that every word of a Queen song has meaning. Plus a great stage presence to give the song the right feeling. •Taylor Hicks, Crazy Little Thing Called Love Preformance of the week. Really got the vocal range going, the showmanship going, and really understood that each word of the lyrics meant something, instead of just singing the lyrics Predicted Bottom 3-Bucky, Elliot, and Katharine... Bucky goes home. For my money, the bottom should be Elliot, Ace, and Katharine with Ace going home. Exactly what I said to my mom when we discussed the performances. I think Chris Metallica'd it too much. I really thought Katharing blew it big. Reading too many posts around the net that say the song is boring. Anyone that knows that song and heard Freddie's/Brian's version of it knows otherwise. Off to watch Deadliest Catch.
