Sox at Brewers 3/29, 1:10 CT
No chance there for Mune. Three Ks but the story of the season so far. Accomplished something only three other big leaguers have ever done...now twice in one weekend with DeLauter. Brewers 2/14 with risp ends 4/6

Bullpen came in ranked 13th. Supposed strength. 29 runs later....bullpen already getting stretched three games into the season. Quero with some dumb ass challenges too.

Who else? Newcomb? Murphy is the one who caused this.

Brewers' bullpen...lob was due to catch up eventually. Adding more gasoline to the fire but not much of a choice.

Have to blame openly admitting that you "hate" other posters for the bad vibes around the Sox (fortunately not rubbing off on Mune at least). Seems to be in violation of site rules, somehow. But just another sign of the times I guess. What else would Gen X actually expect at this point? Bible HubMatthew 5:39 - Love Your EnemiesBut I tell you not to resist an evil person. If someone slaps you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also;

Have got Rays Nationals and Angels, but still pretty unlikely they even have ten wins after April. And Angels have Murderer's Row compare to the current Sox lineup. At least with Mazara/Eaton in RF....they were good/decent previously and had established track records.

Munemania: AL Rookie of the Month of May
Outfielders Outfielders Outfielders. They have four really good ones stuck in the minors. Mid season 2027 perfectly fits the timeline. "The Dodgers have Ohtani plugged into the DH spot on a daily basis. Freddie Freeman will hold down first base through 2027. The Dodgers picked up Max Muncy’s club option and will have him at third base again next year, barring a trade," he continued. "Murakami did make a start in the outfield this past season, so maybe that would be an avenue for the Dodgers to make it work, but it’d be surprising to see him signed and plugged into the outfield on a full-time basis." Getz will undoubtedly frame it like getting two first round picks in 2027...

“The 78” is alive and well for the Sox, Bears are 'advancing' Hammond development
Project in the same location without the balpark village does pretty much nothing for changing the future trajectoru of the team. Forward/outside the box thinking is actually a good thing. Because what they've been doing the last twenty years certainly hasn't been working out.

White Sox trade Curtis Mead to Nationals for minor league C Boston Smith
Smith was selected with the No. 171 overall pick out of Wright State. The backstop popped 26 home runs in his final season with the Raiders. The 23-year-old has yet to suit up in the minors. Chicago has a pair of talented young catchers on the big-league squad in Kyle Teel and Edgar Quero. Veteran Reese McGuire is currently backing up Quero as Teel deals with a hamstring strain suffered in the World Baseball Classic. mlbtr Too funny #28/29 teams trading...and one time phenomenal Jake Eder also part of the transaction peripherally.

I never even really hated Ncorgbl back in the day and he was the worst of the worst. Sorry you don't quite register on that scale. WestEddy, I'm almost starting to feel sorry for...seeing him attempting to spin this tire fire positively.

Does 90-99 losses really not end up with the Sox in the bottom of mlb revenues again? Especially in the face of the Cubs' recent resurgence.

Senators changed GMs after two 100 loss seasons.

Not the obligatory positivity in the face of adversity again. Sounds more like a cheerleading Cabinet meeting. Honesty/a dose of reality are better for those not well insulated in their ivory towers.

The top end positional talent in division for Minnesota CLE DET way ahead of the Sox...McGonigle DeLauter Clark Jenkins etc. Schultz and/or Smith have to be FOR to cancel that out. But the mlb teams are still miles ahead.

2025-26 NCAA Basketball
Better than 46 years and still counting. But no rational Iowa fan can blame their effort. 1 player on the entire roster had a Power 4 offer in Koch. Pretty sure Illinois was one of them. Sage was ranked in the 320-350 range. And Folguieras ran out of his magic tonight.
