He’s not going to get doubled up. But Collins probably doesn’t make contact there, either. Couldn’t really risk a bunt because then you get Hendriks injured at home, possibly.
-
Should have pulled a Greg...it was pretty much inevitable with how they screwed up the top of the 10th. Winker has been one of the best hitters in baseball.
-
Can’t expect to sweep the Reds on the road going 2/30 and leaving runners on base.
-
The dreaded closer in a tie game...ugh. Never seems to work, especially on the road. I get that he’s our best relief pitcher, with Kopech/Bummer battling for 2.
-
They have to get someone...anyone...to put Garcia on the bench where he belongs.
-
He just had to have assumed they wouldn’t risk throwing through...forgetting who was actually on third. And if he thought it was Grandal instead, don’t know what to say because he’s as slow as the Molinas.
-
Why is Hendriks going to run and risk getting injured?
-
Either Leury or is an idiot for that one...no way they weren’t going to throw through with Hendriks running at third.
-
Wonder if atLR though about Hendriks running?
-
See the Angel Hernandez call yesterday...the ‘ol glare off the scoreboard excuse, haha.
-
Escaping there a bit of a surprise...second life. Isn’t Garrett suspended now or appealing?
-
Double switch?
-
Hendriks now...?
-
Barnhart now...
-
No excuse not to use the glove there on the part of Garcia...

India 450 with RISP, Naquin slumping...

This didn’t age well...after the first inning today. -
Cinco can be used as a verb?
-
Sounds like an Ozzie-ism.

You'd have to pay at least 30-40% of his remaining salary...and come to an agreement about the option year/incentives compensation for 2023. -
Twins just blew yet another save. Rogers gave up two the night before but held on with a one run win.
-
Cease is going to take Yermin's spot. Wally Pipp Mercedes, he's now known as.
-
Seems like they're looking at Gavin Sheets as the "next man up" for RF...
-
Let's not forget these Reds are averaging 7-8 runs per game at home. Granted, it looks like Cease might finally have figured something out.

At this pace, the 1980's Sox version of Jose DeLeon will be entering the game to face Bobby Bonilla, still under contract with the NYM.
