  1. Meidroth impressed DET broadcast team a lot. Reached base 13 times across four games. Slater two SF bunts in 1500 career at bats.
  2. Yeah...that all piled up from 15-18 years ago. Not adding to the 2023 playoff team that actually won a postseason series killed the fan interest/faith.
  3. Elko the hero fittingly. Split series with best team in baseball. Skubal being held back doesn't exactly work. Maybe more exciting for baseball in general though to watch him against Cubs' lineup.
  4. Slater can bunt? Second SF bunt of his career.
  5. Lee running. Intentional walk to Benintendi.
  6. Cease looking increasingly like an every other year pitcher. ERA at 4.81.
  7. baabip for Wilson is .130 righties hitting 4/40
  8. Dominic Smith would have been a better choice than Palacios as well. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/mlb/blue-jays-dfa-triple-a-star-who-can-t-solve-mlb-in-latest-roster-shuffle/ar-AA1G8xNX?ocid=BingHp01&cvid=f1a2267e99d2411e85db8da7becc8fe6&ei=13 Surely a better DFA/acquisition possibility than Capra, Palacios or Rojas... Michael Stefanic is an American professional baseball infielder for the Toronto Blue Jays. He signed a minor league contract with the Blue Jays in November 2024. He is currently playing in the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons. Stefanic is a versatile infielder who has played second base, third base, and shortstop (because the White Sox don't have enough of those at all, almost makes one think sticking with Gage Workman would have been the wisest overall move). Stefanic has a strong track record in the minor leagues, particularly in Triple-A. He's known for his high on-base percentage and ability to draw walks. MLB Debut: . Stefanic made his MLB debut with the Los Angeles Angels in 2022 and has played for them and the Blue Jays. https://www.mlb.com/news/michael-stefanic-emerging-as-angels-prospect&ved=2ahUKEwjKys6xjdyNAxUKC0QIHX6oNJQQFnoECB0QAQ&usg=AOvVaw216BOwxS2B8HzdV9Rivch8 Mar 9, 2022 — Angels Minor League infielder Michael Stefanic has never found himself on any top prospect lists. He's hit at every level -- including batting .336/.408/.493 ...
  9. How the hell did he pick that????
  10. Surprising JR isn't playing up the potential of Austin/San Antonio...zero Nashville talk compared to Orlando recently, but reakistically the Rays/Sternberg should move or sell there first.
  11. Has moved on to Rojas bro worship. You'd think he would buddy up to Meidroth, but Chase don't play that.
  12. It could be Bryse Wilson...that might be worse.
  13. He was decent in Seattle. Much better stuff for a reliever. Change now in the low 90s closer to Clevinger's current fb.
  14. It's certainly not helping with the State of Illinois when you run the 29th highest payroll and consistently lose 100+ games without fail.
  15. Vargas drove a ball the other way. Solid play by Perez to preserve the tie.
  16. Do we want a great catcher or average 1B?
  17. Don't walk this guy. Rojas is not a threat at the plate. Ooops. Next trick a Capra two hit game. Might have to wait awhile on that.
  18. Meidroth isn't likely to be a 30-40 steals guy with that level of XB power like Whit in is prime. We'll see. He's adjusted well to his first mini slump. And has played SS better than expected.
  19. Because White Sox fans generally want to have a better...not worse, team to watch in the near-distant future. Embarrassment on a national basis is the best way to get there...compared to your run of the mill 88-99 loss seasons that fly under the radar like the Pirates in Pittsburgh.
  20. Waited too long to bring in Booser.
