Abreu showing he knows how to hit a fastball...taking back up the middle and to the right side, great to see him rebounding from that 1 for 25 slide. This one, outside 93 MPH pitch from Ogando. Would be much easier for him to adjust to changes/sliders/curves than having Josh Fields-itis.

Conor having a lot more quality at-bats this year. Semien, recently, not so much.

Quintana was at 93 with some of his pitches. I think they're simply getting a scouting report to sit on his inside cutters/sliders and cheating there...he's got to start breaking his pattern and going outside and varying things up a bit (White Sox hitters are looking all outside against Lewis).

Seems this game was doomed as soon as we only scored 1 run with the bases loaded. Why did they throw him a cutter again? First RBI's for Wilson since Opening Day. Guess both of the balls (Fielder and Wilson) were on cutters/sliders way inside off the plate. Rangers' batters are looking inside and cheating on him. 5-1 Rangers. White Sox slide continues. And the side effects of the early season bullpen collapses are coming into play now.

Great play by Semien. Flashing the leather and saving the 3rd run. Nice to see the defense pick up a pitcher for once.
