this is how i think the prosecution will use this....it definately shows a character flaw in kobe..also didnt he come on tv and say he made a mistake and it will never happen again??...or it was a one time screw up???...now the prosecution can use that to show he was lying about that too...ruins his credibility right off the bat... they can also show a pattern of a man that was acting a predator...probably play the spoiled athlete angle where these guys are never turned down and when they dont get what they want they feel they are privledge to take it.. this part right here "the young woman at one point put a stop to things because she felt guilty- she was involved with someone else at the time and also knew Kobe was married. These same sources tell "CJ" Bryant and the woman then began to get intimate again." that last part is damaging imo...it shows kobe kept after the woman even after she tried to stop it because of significant others on both sides..she had reservations but kobe didnt care... if the prosecution can get this into court..they could hurt kobe bad with it...

if you were born anywhere in cook county you can go to any county courtjouse and get your birth certificate..i went last month to the one in rolling meadows (i was born in the city)..the whole county is now link to one database... the whole state might even be linked together now..its really easy to get one now

i have to disagree with you there nuke..not that id ever want her to be president but she would energize the female vote like never before...so that would offset any right wing vote and then some...the question would the country be torn apart before election day??

this is definately something bush should look into...they can always use cheney's weekly heartattacks as a reason for him stepping down...it also positions guilianni as a legit candidate for '08...he's proably the GOP's only chance at defeating hillary..even then she would still be the favorite.. if guiliani could deliver new york then bush is a shoe in for re-election..but i have my doubts..the east coast liberals have a stranglehold on the state

republican state???..yes within the context of state governemnt we could be classified as a republican state...but on the national scene the chicago voting area , which is predominately democrat , overpowers everything coming from down state...i believe in the last election bush lost illinois by about 10 points??...im thinking only new york and cali were lost by wider margins...not exactly sure on those numbers but ill bet they are close ill say this..if bush wins illinois it will mean a republican victory like those of the reagan years

thi9s reminds me of women who file fake domestic abuse charges against their husbands and boyfriends....then it comes out in court that it didnt happen and it makes it that much tougher for a woman who really was abused to get someone to believe her in court.. these things make it that much harder for everyone to take a real claim of racism serious..cause now you have try and sift through the claim and see if its bull or not...

if youre voting in illinois it doesnt matter...your vote doesnt count...this state would vote democrat for president if a dead was their candidate..and by the time the dem primary hits illinois the candidate will have already been chosen..it will just be a formality right now , whover is elected can only win if bush makes a bunch of mistakes...they will have to win because of the rest of the country hates bush because none of these guys have what it takes to win on their platform alone.. gotta wonder why hillary didnt run???...she would have beaten bush

id say their biggest prospect would be jody gerut..but phillips is right there too..but as we all know from our infamous number 1 farm system of 3 years ago , its a crapshoot at best when trying to predict young talent...im just going with a gut feeling on the indians..that and the fact that anything that could possibly go wrong for the sox usually does ..a 2nd place finish to a surprise team would be very sox-esque..

mainly..they are loaded with good young talent...i think they have as good of a chance as anyone in this lousy division

it usually is ok in the situation you list..bills paid , food on the table ect.. but the real test would be what happens if youre having trouble making those things happen???...thats when the resentment starts to come in.. i dont know how long you have been married but it is important to atleast understand the traditional roles so you can protect against outside influences.. get in a financial situation where things arnt so good and youre the breadwinner and i swear you'll have all your girlfriends telling you what a bum your husband is...if youre not careful you'll start to believe it...

well the situation changed for you because your husband now is making more than you...if you were the breadwinner for 10 years and if i was a betting man id bet you feel quite a bit different than you do now... as far as the rest of the thread goes about roles in society...its all nice and PC and sounds good in theory but does it work in real life???...ill bet with my last dollar that even today , with as enlightened as we all claim to be 99% of women out there are still looking for a strong , protector , a man willing and wanting to take the leadership role in the relationship...im not saying they want to stay home and be told what to do..but ill bet 995 would love the option of being able to stay home if they want to and also would crave the security of having a man that could protect them and was willing to do it should the need arise.. traditional roles are not a bad thing ... its people that abuse them that have given them a bad rap...
