On Ozzie's pregame interview he told Farmer that they would decide whether to bring Thome back today or tomorrow depending on how he looked during BP. He must have looked pretty good, Rongey reports Thome is reinstated and Ryan Sweeney has been optioned out.

From MLB.Com The article isn't clear but it sounds like a grand jury proceeding, perhaps Jose is facing a supeona in this matter, rather than a divorce? The rest of the article is Ozzie defending Contreras and saying he'd do the same thing.

Maybe this is why Joe Cowley has been hanging around the WSCR radio booth and making himself available for White Sox weekly and Rain Delay Theater. The radio booth is the best seat in USCF.
