Just as a bit of a feeler, who do you guys want to see gracing the top of Soxtalk on opening day? We're doing this now, ahead of time, but are you guys gonna go with Buehrle? Rally Crede? Thome? Konerko? Ozuna? Who are you guys pulling for?

It saddens me that this kid scored more points in four minutes (over double in fact) than I scored in two seasons. It seems like a lot of coaches here try to get kids in the game if they know the lead is insurmountable....like 18 points with 2 minutes left. I know we were getting beat badly enough that a team playing us put in a special ed kid. Then one of my best friends stole the basketball from him (in his defense, he came from behind the kid and wasn't aware of what he was doing, I assume). I know when the same kid was a sophomore, our sophomore team, which was a year ahead of me, made sure he scored in the final seconds of a game.

Seriously, sports radio is few and far between out here. We get local coverage from just one station back home. I'm not above watching Mike and Mike in the Morning, however.
