Punishment should fall upon the student's supervisor, head coach and director of operations, as well as any athletics administration that was there.I believe in the past for the play-in game, it wasn't recognized as a part of the NCAA tournament - players who only played in that game didn't get the same stuff and whatever as the other teams.Um, they aren't play-in games.
