I think I've only fallen over once since switching from platform to clipless. I was testing the new pedals out and riding around my apartment's parking lot late at night. Yes, that's right--using the new pedals was at the forefront of my mind and I still managed to forget how to properly dismount.

Gio is still an interesting 'spect. He's young and he's been able to carry his high K rate into the majors. He just hasn't been able to get his walks down.

They are also not going to pay your fees if you choose to use out-of-network ATMs. The flipside to those goodies, though, are the holds, increased fees, etc.

I have a 1987 Schwinn World Sport that I ride to work (7 miles each way) once a week or so when the weather is nice. It has a 27 inch frame and is pretty beastly. I go on some longer rides sometimes and plan to do some long Saturday rides with a group from church. I understand that pedaling in low gears/low RPMs is bad for your knees. You can go just as fast in the higher gears, it just takes longer to accelerate. If 10 miles is wearing you out, I agree that you may need to be re-fitted.

How much does Taylor have left? He is a 30 year-old running back. I am genuinely asking--I don't know. I know that he has been a backup or shared the running load for much of his career.
