Also Nashville is a really fun town. I'd want to live there if I didn't hate country music. Also, a bartender there told me that when Hawks fans come to down, the city runs out of beer and booze. Like literally they have to stop serving or close down early because they are completely dry. He said Chicago fans drink everyone under the table, but at least we all tip really well, so he says he loves when the Hawks visit. As far as the game goes, it was about 50/50 Hawks and Preds fans. Of course outside the stadium, both before the game and after, it was about 80% Hawks fans. The stadium was pretty nice, the only thing that was annoying was the chant the crowd (and the stadium) put on after each goes that goes "Hey!!!! YOU SUCK!!" and they point at us Hawks fans. And then they spell out something and while I couldn't quite pick it all up, it sounded like they were saying "Y-O-U S-U-C-K, YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU". I guess it's similar to the Detroit Sucks thing, but it seems more personal when they say "YOU SUCK" and point at you. Oh well, don't let them score and you don't have to worry about it I guess.

In Nashville right now for the Hawks/Preds game tomorrow. Nashville is a pretty fun town, tons of bars and good looking girls in skirts. Our hotel is housing a cheerleading competition this weekend. Unfortunately it's like 90% underrage chicks. Womp womp. Hoping for good looking college aged coaches though. Oh yeah, and the Bridgestone Arena was open to the public tonight for a walk through. We got to check out the locker room, get free stuff, and go on the ice and shoot the puck to win season tickets. The holes for the shoot the puck were THE SIZE of the puck, it was insanely hard. We saw 2 people make it. The first guy was a Hawks fan, and since he's not from the state, he was not allowed to have the season tickets. What bulls***. The 2nd person who made the shot they ruled did not count because the puck somehow rattled through the hole and did not clear the goalline completely. Basically, NHL goal rules applied and they said no. I missed my 1 shot, but I at least hit the board. I threw a wicked wrister down the ice. My plan was to sauce it with some style, and shoot it hard. Missed by a few inches, but I got a nice pic of it.
