Steve Stone is absolutely correct, Parra probably has the best arm in baseball. It's sick. That's how I fell in love with that guy in the first place. If anyone cares, I'll find the video of the strongest throw in the history of baseball.

But regardless, he is still having a good season. Not as well as he did in RK ball last year, but he still is doing well enough to be selected for the all-star team, and being 22 in High-A, he is age appropriate.
