  1. QUOTE (DirtySox @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 07:04 PM) Dude needs plenty of reps defensively and offensively. No need to waste away on the bench like he did last season upon his callup. He will be in AAA. Bet on it. But, but, but, but, we are ALL IN! That means we need to forget about player development and what will benefit the team the most in the long term and worry about 2011. Put Viciedo on this team and let him get 8 at-bats a week. The 2011 team will be better for it.
  2. QUOTE (chw42 @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 07:18 PM) This will certainly be interesting. I wonder how much velocity he has on the FB right now. The plan is for him to throw primarily fastballs, or so I heard.
  3. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 06:43 PM) No, no, no, no no. Please no more Viciedo on the bench. And why is that?
  4. Damn, Dayan is really pushing to make the team as the 4th OF, although I think I'd rather have him playing full time in AAA. Then again, if we are "ALL IN" and willing to stunt Sale's growth to benefit 2011, then we may as well bring Viciedo as our 4th OF.
  5. QUOTE (Harry Chappas @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 04:26 PM) Is this the first Sox lead of the spring? Nope. We lead 2-0 vs. Dodgers I believe.
  6. Vizquel swipes 2nd on an awful throw by the catcher. Was about 6 feet to the SS side and on a hop.
  7. Vizquel serves a single past the drawn in 3B.
  8. Man, Vizquel knows exactly how much effort he needs to get to a ball. He looked like he didn't even care on a grounder up the middle, but made the tough grab easily.
  9. HoT FiRe slashes a single into RF after drawing a 3-2 count.
  10. Dunn with an infield single that went off the 2B, and to the SS, but no throw.
  11. QUOTE (soxsider11 @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 03:53 PM) Yea, in class and just got a real dirty look because i forgot to mute my computer because it wasn't working when i left. whoops Haha, yeah I'm in class too, but was sure to mute the computer as soon as class started.
  12. Still no feed. And no one realized that this is Game 4, not Game 3. Whoops.
  13. And the weird thing is, no writers are tweeting about the game either..... It's like they aren't even in in AZ and sit and watch the feed along with us, and then tweet what happens....
  14. QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 03:15 PM) I bet Bill Melton has something to do with the feed not working. Or Kotsay.
  15. Danks pitches a scoreless 1st inning. 0 H, 1 BB, 1 K.
  16. QUOTE (kane0730 @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 03:07 PM) Not working for me. It was working for me pre-game, but once they started the national anthem I lost the signal and it's still gone.
  17. http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/video/play...96&c_id=cws Milledge LF Beckham 2B Dunn 1B Konerko DH Rios CF Teahen 3B Viciedo RF Castro C Vizquel SS
  18. So.....can I Sox add Millledge to the 25-man roster (to fulfill the signing), and then immediately send him down to AAA? Or can they just give him the contract, but have him start in AAA anyway?
  19. QUOTE (hammerhead johnson @ Mar 3, 2011 -> 12:27 AM) Hot Fire Why couldn't I think of that. Doesn't apply.
  20. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 2, 2011 -> 10:00 PM) Frolik must have soiled himself after finally scoring after a 2+ month drought. Makes me salivate at what his numbers would be if he didn't have that drought. I love this kid.

  22. QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Mar 2, 2011 -> 05:02 PM) I have an XBOX. lol, my bad.
