  1. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Sep 8, 2013 -> 02:21 PM) Wtf was that Who the hell was that to?
  2. QUOTE (knightni @ Sep 8, 2013 -> 02:19 PM) The Bears are wasting a lot of time outs today. What new. Cincy showed blitz and they were going to run the ball. Might as well call the TO as opposed to losing 2-3 yards after a big play.
  3. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Sep 8, 2013 -> 02:18 PM) Nice play by Forte and Cutler there The camera man thought Forte had the ball.
  4. Pats are losing. Brady just fumbled.
  5. Big stop by the defense. I think that was their first stop (not counting turnovers) since the first quarter.
  6. That was a much-needed scoring drive.
  7. Gotta get Cutler on the move.
  8. They're getting way too many 3rd down conversions. The offense has to come out and not play like they're the 2002 Bears. Call some creative plays for once.
  9. Tillman and Jennings are getting torched.
  10. Is Jermaine Gresham that hard to tackle? Briggs has been run over twice.
  11. Damn Robbie, that could have been a 65 yard field goal.
  12. Our offense still sucks.
  13. Stop dropping passes...
  14. Sunday Ticket just crapped out...that's just great.
  15. Nice strip by Jennings, but he's should have know Green didn't have the ball anymore. He was looking right at him the whole time.
  16. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Sep 7, 2013 -> 10:33 AM) The Sox have some bandwagon fans, but Cleveland might be the worst fan base in baseball. What about Miami?
  17. QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 6, 2013 -> 02:48 PM) No Avi, no Semien...no care. I can't believe they're giving Keppinger more at bats against RHP than seeing what Semien can do. 1. Alejandro De Aza (L) CF 2. Gordon Beckham ® 2B 3. Jeff Keppinger ® 3B 4. Adam Dunn (L) DH 5. Paul Konerko ® 1B 6. Jordan Danks (L) RF 7. Dayan Viciedo ® LF 8. Josh Phegley ® C 9. Leury Garcia (S) SS I can't even comprehend that.
  18. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Sep 6, 2013 -> 11:18 AM) Earl Bennett agreed to a $1 million pay cut with the Bears, slashing his 2013 base salary from $2.25 million to $1.25 million. The rest of Bennett's contract was untouched. He's still signed through 2015, though this could easily be his last season in Chicago. Bennett is no higher than the No. 4 or 5 option in the passing game as the slot receiver. Per Rotoworld Remember when Earl Bennett was the Bears' number one receiver? LOL
  19. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Sep 6, 2013 -> 11:01 AM) I'm so jealous. Kickball is so damn fun, haven't played in years though. Kickball his huge down here in Austin (hey, it's a hipster sport in a hipster city). I think I may have to get involved at some point.
  20. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Sep 6, 2013 -> 08:14 AM) Guess who hit it? Adam Dunn batting second? Now that's a good idea. Seriously, it is. You want your best hitter (which Dunn was at the time) to hit second.
  21. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Sep 6, 2013 -> 10:59 AM) I literally just try to square it up and get my arms extended. Other than that its anyone's guess. I had one to the RF gap and one to LF, next time up i hit the pitcher in the chest. I hit 4 balls to pretty much the exact same spot (LCF gap) on Monday (all on absolute meatball pitches). The other team's defense never adjusted and I got 3 extra base hits out of it. I'd still rather hit line drive singles though. Just missing on a fly ball usually means a catchable ball.

QUOTE (Jake @ Sep 6, 2013 -> 10:51 AM) Does anyone see a future in the things like NVIDIA Shield and other mobile gaming platforms? It seems like the Nintendo DS stuff has had limited appeal so far The only thing that's really cool about it is the ability to stream your PC games if you have a high-end NVidia graphics card. Other than that, it's a tablet with joysticks that I can reproduce with any other decent tablet, a Sixaxis app, and a PS3 controller.
  23. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Sep 6, 2013 -> 12:08 AM) Couple of gapper hr's tonight. A guy on my team is like how do you put those in the right spot? The answer: I dont. I try to make solid contact and it just ends up there. IMO whenever you try to aim you dribble a grounder. I've been trying to hit line drives recently and I keep hitting fly balls. Maybe I should just stop trying to hit anything in particular and swing as hard as possible. BTW, played with Ricky Williams yesterday. His range in the OF is ridiculous (almost made a diving catch, LF caught the ball after it bounced off his glove), but he didn't have a great game at the plate. He had one really hard hit single up the middle, the rest were more or less routine grounders. He's also a really chill dude. Unfortunately, we lost by 1. The other team played great defense, blooped the s*** out of us, and we couldn't hit for the first 3 innings.
  24. The new Nexus will be based off the LG G2. 5" 1080p screen, Snapdragon 800, LTE, smaller than the Nexus 4 in dimensions, and possibly available on all major networks. http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/09/05/th...eless-charging/
