There's a lot of chatter about Morales and Schierholtz for Pittsburgh. That might be a better scenario for Pirates. They could get Kendrys Morales to play 1B and Schierholtz to platoon with Tabata in RF and it's still cheaper than Rios.

Rowdy Tellez signed with Toronto. He is a guy that I really liked. Blue Jays gave him $850k as a 30th rounder.

That may be too steep for St. Louis but that's what I'd ask for.

This thread is funny. It's ridiculous that some of you guys were told at a young age that you have to hate the Cubs just because that it is seriously flawing your judgment here. I am a lifelong Sox fan and I know that if the Sox had Bryant, Almora, Baez, and Soler people on this board would be doing cartwheels. They are 4 of the top 30 prospects in baseball. But nah they are on that evil northside team that my parents told me to hate when I was younger. They can't be any good.
