I love me some Nicky. And I really hope they keep Abreu around through the rebuild. He seems like a great clubhouse presence for all these young guys and not just the LatAm or Cuban guys.

Leury just looks like he belongs in the majors, which is shocking given where he was a few years ago. Even if he doesn't end up an everyday type guy (I'm not writing that off yet), he could still be a hell of a supersub. Plus he's got three years of control after this season, so if he does prove himself over the next 12 months, he could actually be worth something of decent value or possibly fit into the long-term mix if he's open to an extension.
