Can MLB teams still offer to pay for a high school athletes future college expenses or is that banned in the new CBA?

This seems to be one of the high ceiling "SIGNED" draft classes we have had in a long time. Let's hope this pans out. Love the new system.

Agreed, glad we are back in the Dominican signing some players to boost the system. The new rules will really help us in this area as well.
