fifty million over four years for a bullpen arm? And giving up our 2nd round pick? I like Robertson fine and all, but at that cost, I would pass.

Would love to see the Sox acquire Zimmerman, but I would have the same concerns as a potential Shark deal. He would demand a haul in return and he's a free agent after the 2015 season. Though I would be more comfortable locking him up for 4-5 years than Shark.

Only the White Sox could have two rumors on the same day which would send the team in two complete opposite directions for the upcoming year lol.

From the Keith Law chat today. It's easy to guess on the three, Rodon, Anderson, and Montas. Any guesses on the possible fourth? Micah Johnson? Spencer Adams?

It makes sense to kick the tires and and even make a reasonable offer but no way Sox are paying him 180-200 or waiting until ST to sign this guy. I would prefer we dip into the second tier of starters.

We aren't even in the dog days of the off-season yet and we are bringing this up? I thought there was a tiny chance we traded Sale last off-season, but this year there is a zero percent chance we do. What Hahn would require back would decimate whatever team is trying to acquire him. Even the Red Sox. Now Quintana...if Boston put together a monster package that might be a different story and plausible since he's supposedly been talked about with other teams this off-season already.
