  1. Part of the problem is they get them from the NL. Changing leagues is not easy especially for the Sox.
  2. No accountability in the whole organization.
  3. You have to see what they can do under different coaching where the changes need to be made. Those probably won't be big changes because they will be insiders from the mired in mediocrity organization. All coaches should be replaced. You can't have Boston and McEwing out there dealing with stupid base runners. I think Katz can be easily replaced. Tony and the batting coach are no brainers. You can't get rid of players just to rid them without equal or better replacements. Amazed that even bad pitching is expensive so you keep Gio. They also need to stay away from NL players.
  4. As injuries pile up in MLB I have to wonder if the farm systems start developing players to play multiple positions.
  5. We have 2 announcers having to deal with a boring team and remember not to bash players and employer.
  6. The reality will set in that he's in AA, just like Sosa who just started AAA, people will have kneejerk reactions that they are not very good. Sosa was facing a HOF pitcher tonight, Kudos for Tony for playing him since kids to need some of that pressure of a division race which isn't happening in the minors.
  7. Not liken this now, one of the AAA pitchers or Kelly is gonna blow this.
  8. They are the only team I can think of that the Sox own.
  9. Funny that no one questioned this. I had it once as a teen and it was treated with ointment.
  10. Another mentally weak performance by one of the most expensive pens in baseball. I see no reason to keep Katz either.
  11. This seems to be a habit from players who are new to this organization. There are some who remain to be silent. Imagine if Pollock could talk.
  12. Funny that you mention that. I go for a routine colon check tomorrow so today is fasting and stuff will come out the other end. So this game and soon to have diarrhea will basically be a shitty day no matter how you look at it.
  13. That and former players coaching
  14. At least he will hustle. Then again the Sox stink might cling to him.
  15. I'm done. This is like a hit ti each testicle. La Russa managing and Gracia playing to much. I'd rather give a kid a some time at the big leagues but this organization raise the bar of stupid. At least you will see some hustle.
  16. The Rays are in a really bad area for pro sports. An owner with wisdom is forced to invest in scouting and development. There is starting to be more revelation that the Sox is an organization where there is no pressure.
  17. Many of those teams have superior farm systems. They spend and develop.
