  1. They can't even get good MLB player to work for them. 2 100 loss season and lower payroll for the next 100 loss season. Reinsdorf takes the top and the please just f*** off list. I'd prefer no White Sox team than a Reinsdorf run team. What's the difference? It's a dead franchise.
  2. It belongs in the dumbass sports fan hall of fame. Dynasties are difficult to create in baseball compared to die nasty. How does one now define a dynasty in baseball ?
  3. With the White Sox it's the opposite Son there will be this label on a player having the Sox stink on him.
  4. The NFL is heading in that direction. Gambling seems to be more promoted than the sports. You don't have to watch a game for that. The problem is going to be all of these subscription services that will eventually be costly to the consumer.
  5. There will be more elite pitchers going to rinse and repeat the suckage under Getz. After Crochet it will be Schultz,,,,,,,and we'll hear how great Birmingham is. Robert, Moncada, Eloy, were suppose to compliment Abreu. TA fell off the baseball map. It would have been a great team but injuries happen and who knows what else. No righting of the ship with this organization as next season can be worse. This is not gonna be another 100 loss to make it into the post season. If by some magic there are new owners they will need a GM and rebuild the fanbase. Expensive milkshakes are not gonna solve the problem.
  6. Hahn was bad as well and it was highest on the payroll.
  7. Most of the time they look like they don't belong there. You think it was the old weak AL Central and a 79-83 team got in.
  8. Rivals are not what they use to be. Yet we have this mythical Cubs/Sox rivalry for decades.
  9. I guess the modern day closer throws only hard. Imagine one with a great change up or curve. BTW most bullpens suck in baseball
  10. Taxes go up anyway. 2 things you will never see reduced are taxes and college tuition.
  11. Reason #1 Turn a large market into a decreasing small market by budget and creating losing teams.

Salary dumps are a funny word for the Sox organization. They don't really pay anyone to begin with. Get rid of those making 25 cents over the minimum wage. Plus it's lame ass excuse to dismiss the incompetence of Getz.
  13. 54 degrees - looks like an NFL crowd
  14. Cleveland looking like they don't belong there.
  15. No they couldn't. He's never pitched a full season and we come up with all of these theories how to make it possible for Oct. No one was going to give up alot for a 2024 ? I think there was more hype than reality at the trade deadline.
  16. Cleveland looking White Sox bad.
  17. You watch these playoff teams and you see more quality at bats in one inning than a week of Sox games.
  18. Like that Mark Buerhle dude, Throwing hard is overrated. It also comes off the bat much quicker. The reason why Bobbu Molinaro parked one off Gossage. Modern day baseball sucks. No more true HoF pitchers. No shortage of hard throwers in the minors that can't get the ball over. Unfortunately this new philosophy is starting with 10 year old kids.
  19. I got his autograph at that time. When the Sox drafted Madrigal I thought oh great another Harry Chappas.
  20. This is really a vague statement for any team. It's obvious it's not good enough in their weakened division. They need to spend. Even Counsell said that. I don't think you will see a new generation of Sox fans unless they become the AL version of the Dodgers. I'm not sure there's enough illegal drugs to hallucinate that kind of fantasy. Maybe Jerry has hopes the city of Nashville would have no clue what a s%*# organization he runs. I guess they would have to be blind to miss all of the articles.
  21. It will be someone a Sox fan can recognize on the 2025 roster,
  22. The glass arm era. Maybe they should ditch the trend of throwing thru a wall for 5 innings and pitch to contact, or better mechanics. Why not shorten games to 7 innings to prevent all injuries. Ugh! BTW there are no shortage of bonehead doctors. You'd think by now someone would figure out injuries are not predictable.
