I've wanted Griffey here bcoz he will definitely add the big thump in our batting order. But the often wrong Bruuuuce said Jeter didnt want Griffey in a yankee uniform bcoz Griffey doesnt run out ground balls hit to him and sometimes he doesnt do batting practice with the team. The reason for that is Griffey and the Reds have talked about trying to keep him healthy that way. Just bad luck for Griffey each year.

Our offense needs to continue hitting well, get their confidence up and who knows where it will take us. They have to continue working the count, be patient and hit where the ball is thrown not over swinging for every pitches. Great job so far!!!!!!!!!!!

During our great start, our hitting isnt great. We can argue before that almost 50% of our batting order are new players and it might take time for the hitters to blend in and get hot as a group. But 4-5 months into our season, the hitting isnt there still. We need to get somebody in our lineup to boost our offense. Timo and Harris for the playoff run very scary.
