Found this on Armas Jr. He was 2-4 with a 4.88 ERA in 2004. Most likely we'll stay away due to his arm problems, although he did win 12 games in 2002. Now Carl Pavano flourished when he left Montreal, I wonder if Armas Jr. could do the same?

That's going to be a $25 million increase for all those players, but you trade Konerko or Lee and it goes down to $16 to $17 million increase. That means payroll would have to go up to $80 million, since it's at $63 million now. Can't see it happening, unless we can somehow trade Everett, and get the payroll down a few million more, than JR might actually consider it.
