Reds shouldn't take on Hinske. They should use that money towards pitching, they need that in the worst way.

Pretty much the Tiggies want a #1 starter, and because Lowe's a local boy, a sinkerball pitcher who would fit good at Comerica, it seems like a good fit.

Money does talk but it's not the only factor a FA will take into consideration (unless your agent is Scot Bora$$). Derek Lowe is condiering going back to his home town in Detroit, but after tonight he'll probably stay with the Red Sox possibly depending on other moves. Frankly, I would stay away from Pavano. I know he had a great season, but it was in a pitcher friendly ballpark, and he hasn't really proven much in a career. He's going to get a big offer no doubt, and I think we could sign Odalis Perez for cheaper, and it would fit our needs better.

He's only considering the Red Sox because that's where his family lives. I don't think he will sign anywhere else in the AL besides the Yanks or the Red Sox.

But it's definitely more likely we'd be gettin Pedro instead of Pavano. Pavano wants to stay in the NL and pitch in a pitcher friendly park. That puts us in an 0-2 count right off the bat. At least Pedro has pitched in the AL for the majority of his career and knows what to expect.

I didn't know that Gordon was going to come off the bench, so yeah that'll make it much harder for him to win. Nocioni is definitely a good sleeper, along with JR Smith of the New Orleans Hornets. I think if Jameer Nelson was starting for another team, he'd be right in contention as well.

I still don't think Hill will play for a whole season, he'll definitely get injured at some point. It'd be silly to move Keith, he'd be an excellent bench guy for a team looking for a SG/SF. He's a good defensive player, and can shoot it pretty well from downtown. He's just going to be behind Turkoglu and the "Plastic Man" Augmon at the moment, but it'd be silly to move him. He was one of the only players who played like he gave a damn last season (Hear that T-Mac).

I'm the resident Magic fan out here. Been impressed from what I've seen in the last 2 games, especially beating the Heat tonight. Looks like Stevenson's going to be moved, can't believe any1 would resign him for 3 years, $8.5 million. Dwight Howard looks like he's going to be a star, I'd consider him to be ROY favourite probably at the moment, with Ben Gordon just behind.

He'll be going to the 1 of the Orioles, Mets or Giants in most likelihood. For the Yankees to dump Brown, they may have to trade him to a team like the Cubs for Sosa possibly.

We've heard it all before. It's going to be a big year in general for the White Sox next season. I think we have to make the playoffs for KW to keep his job, he's been round long enough, now time for some results. Also Ozzie is in the final year of his 2 year deal with a team option for a 3rd. I'm assuming that will get picked up, unless we really stink next season. All in all, the Sox need to make a statement, and I think KW's going to try and do that by acquiring RJ. I'm just worried he's going to give up WAY too much.
