  1. Then back to 6th during October. The guy simply sucks during cold weather months. Veteran privilege is one hell of a thing, though.
  2. This thread has everything that makes Soxtalk great in it
  3. The Soxtalk mods are too busy pushing the mainstream liberal agenda to be Hector and Mike, imo. I could be wrong though. Crazier things have happened.
  4. Wow, he just referred to Vaughn as "really bad OF". Screw this guy. Zero professionalism.
  5. Wow, the board looks way better in black... And to think I've been looking at this forum with a white background like a peasant.
  6. TLR, Anderson, Giolito, Abreu
  7. I've garnered enough seniority and respect around here to get away with it
  8. Brutalized the Detoilet Kitty Cats!

That's one hell of a weak side platoon DH we got.

@Y2Jimmy0 what do you think of Yolbert now? I think everybody was pretty down on his hit tool when he was signed. He hit really well in AA and AFL recently.

@BamaDoc back in action with the game threads! Hell ya
  12. So until we have the data, we just definitively say that a guy sucking is a result of long covid? Just about every basketball player got covid. Why aren't we seeing long covid impacts with them? You said 10-30%. You'd think we'd be seeing major impacts.
  13. "These symptoms can persist for months, decreasing the quality of life of numerous individuals." "COVID-19 has demonstrated to affect a multi-variety of organs, including the musculoskeletal system, causing symptoms such as fatigue, arthralgia, myalgia and muscle weakness, which can persist during weeks or months after the end of the infection" So where does it say that it can persist for years?
  14. Do you have any studies showing that covid reduces people's strength long term to this extent?
  15. Nobody can really prove this to be true. I believe that covid can have long term effects, but zapping his power? Maybe he's just a great player that benefited from juiced balls, instead of an MVP caliber player.
  16. I've seen about enough Josh Harrison already. He's going to be added to the long list of "cheap" FA signees that end up being a complete waste of money. Burger looks like a dude that can hit. Plus, he made that slick play at 2B recently. I can't find the video. It's out there though. Either Burger to 2B or Yoan to 2B.
  17. Grade 2 transverse abdominis tear
  18. Grade 2 hip flexor tear?
  19. Don't worry, Balta already added today's game to his annual "list of games lost by TLR".
  20. Tear this thing to the ground. 2nd generation rebuild.
