Pretty lofty expectations for Luis so far I take it? I've been extremely happy with his progression. Elite CF defense with an .800 OPS is pretty damn valuable, and that's just what he is now.

I always wondered if Len's decision to come here had more to do with the Cubs reign ending while the Sox reign was starting, or because maybe he really disliked the owners of the Cubs. It just seems so strange to switch from TV for the Cubs to radio for the Sox. Maybe the pay is similar? Who knows. Maybe he actually really just loves doing radio.

I enjoy the critique. Announcers are a big part of the viewing experience. They deserve critiquing just like the players do.

It wasn't middle in. It was right off the inside corner. It looked like it would be inside even further, but the movement brought it back onto the plate. It was a nasty pitch.
