I've had a torn labrum in college (5 years ago) in my throwing shoulder and now i'm feeling really bad pain in my other shoulder. I think I did it couple weeks ago swinging a bat and just felt something pop/move in my shoulder (also play in a men's baseball league) When I reach across my body and come back I feel pain and when I wash my back, sometimes my shoulder clicks. I'm a GA at school and saw the trainer, she said I have the tightest shoulder she's ever seen and a rotator cuff impingement. It's getting to the point it's waking me up in the middle of the night.
