  1. Yeah 5-10 mins after is about it
  2. I don’t know what set of rankings you’re looking at, but most haven’t been updated recently besides BA which requires a subscription. I disagree that’s it’s not a big return. It’s 2 close to the majors bats that are back end top 100 prospects or close to it and a young lefty pitching prospect dicing up A ball and a top 60 pick a year ago.
  3. Old rankings. Take a closer look. Strand and Steer are having monster seasons. Strand likely top 100 guy with Reds by seasons end. Steer probably will be with Reds very soon. Both were easily top 5 prospects in the Twins system. Hajaar is a 6'5' lefty draft 61st overall last year dicing up A ball. Its a big return for #3 SP.
  4. That’s a pretty good prospect
  5. best lineup we could have hoped for, at least. Fully expected Leury in CF.
  6. The Twins haven't won a playoff game since I was 14. I turned 32 last week. Carlos Correa is leaving after this season. They absolutely should try.
  7. I mean, SOx just don't have much to give and I don't want them to trade Colas or Montgomery. So you're left trying to make a move with Sosa, Rodriguez and Ramos as headliners...which can get you something decent, but not needle moving. I think standing pat is fine, though getting a left handed bat for RF would sure be nice.
  8. All of those numbers are old. Steer and Encarnaion Strand both top 5 prospects in that system. Strand is basically their version of Sosa for the Sox.
  9. Encarncion-Strand and Steer infielders having monster offensive seasons in minors, and are closeish. Hajaar a 2nd round pick lefty last year.
  10. Christian Encarncion-Strand, Spencer Steer and Steven Hajaar the rumored return.
  11. Christian Encarncion-Strand, Spencer Steer and Steven Hajaar the rumored return.
  12. I like Mahle. Instantly becomes Twins best SP, depending on what Ryan you get rest of the way. But yeah....he's like a solid #3 at best. Says more about their trash rotation than anything else.
  13. I'd love to hear that, becuase Hahn wouldn't say that if it isn't true and this team could still win the division if Robert comes back and is himself.
  14. Twins get Mahle. Its done deal.
  15. IF Robert is dead they shouldn't be trading trading for any short term fixes because they're fucked anyway.
  16. Good. We shouldn't be overpaying for SP, quite literally one of the lowest priority needs.
  17. Well then if Eloy is in LF, AV should be DHing. Another guy that should be prioritized over 35 year old JD Martinez on an expiring contract. JDM makes zero sense, which means Hahn and Co are probably all over it.
  18. Eloy should be DHing every single day. I'd rather give Eloy at bats than JDM.
  19. I don't see how another DH helps the problem.
  20. Almost certain to be in CF tonight…
  21. TBF, Jesse Rogers knows no more than you or I.
  22. There is next to 0% chance Colas isn't in RF by this time next year (should caveat this by saying "assuming he is still in org"). I think he'll be in RF by May 2023, tbh. Sox will probably do dumbass Sox things, make no trades for the OF today, leave Colas in the minors and then break camp with him next season blowing a year of service.
  23. The left handedness would be nice, but Joc is an awful OF. Would fit right in. I'd be "okay" with the move as opposed to doing nothing, but it doesn't do much for me.
  24. Rats. This is the one guy that I felt was somewhat realistic to actually acquire that could theoretically help in right field.
  25. Some people will believe anything.
