This team has no business trading significant controllable assets of any kind for a player that is not going to be part of next core from 2020-2025. It's completely idiotic at this juncture. I think Stephens in next in line for a rotation spot, should one open. When his rehab is over, I bet Gonzalez will take Volstad's spot in the pen. I'd get Vieira up here for Minaya before too long. Tilson goes down when Delmonico comes off DL.

Juan Perez, Alex Presley and Jake Elmore should all be guys the org has no problem cutting. I also doubt Mason Robbins is ever going to have a future with the big league club, but I doubt he'd be first on the chopping block. I'd rather see Trayce get playing time than him, though.

Are they really starting Tomshaw over Guerrero in AA. I know Guerrero has been bad this seson, but Tomshaw is a journeyman nobody. I suppose Puckett will take that spot whenever he ready.
