I agree with some of this but from what I've been told by multiple sources (and I printed their comments in November 2022) his attitude is poor. Let's put it this way, some of those "injuries" were the type that could have been played through but he chose not to do so. The guy was the #1 prospect in baseball, he still has a ton of talent but apparently doesn't care that much especially after getting that big contract.

Terrible pitch recognition, to few walks, to many strikeouts, no clutch hitting. the "so-called" best players ("Bust Brothers") suck, the bullpen chokes in key situations and oh yes...injuries.

The team record is 10 straight losses to start a season set in 1968. These clowns have a realistic chance in my opinion to tie it. If you are going to suck than you may as well be historic about it, end the season for the fans early if nothing else.

I won't wish death on anyone, as Billy Joel sang we eventually all wind up sleeping by ourselves. What I will say is that new ownership will give the franchise the chance to start doing things in a professional manner, to be competent and functional for a change.
