I don't think Carr will return much to be honest. He's a cut candidate this offseason & didn't exactly light it up this season. People are saying the Colts are his sure fire destination but I'm thinking the reason Irsay let Ballard stay is because he promised going all in on a young QB. It'll be interesting how the offseason plays out. A lot of options for the Bears especially if they end up with the #1 pick.

I haven't seen anything about this but if true it's a no brainer. The guy is an ideal anchor for your OL & at the very worst an amazing stop gap while you find your C of the future. Bears should overpay as needed to land him.

Yea I think they'll win a couple of their games. They don't have a gauntlet the rest of the year so if they truly end up with 2 wins then it would make keeping McDaniels even worse. I will say if they ended up below the Bears it wouldn't be the worse thing. I think they would take a QB which if it works out the AFC can deal with that.

Pretty insane how real the west coast effect is. They are the biggest disappointment in the NFL (& that's with a huge upgrade in the WR room) yet I saw a tweet yesterday from one of their beat guys saying McDaniels is pretty safe & Carr is the guy that will fall on the sword when the dust settles.

The fact this guy is still employed is a microcosm of what is wrong with this franchise. Never has it been more evident this team needs new ownership ASAP.
