I never want to celebrate anyone’s misfortune, but clearly this thing needs to be completely blown up. No offense to Getz, but I want someone from waaaay outside the org. Someone check to see if Ryan Poles has a baseball-playing brother.

Just listened to Future Projections Podcast. Carlos Collazo and Ben Badler are really really down on the 2024 HS class. There's a lot of time for people to pop up, but right now it looks like picking first in 2024 is like picking 6th in 2023. Meanwhile, they were raving about Ethan Holliday with Collazo mock-begging him to reclassify so there was a legit 1-1 in 2024. So, yeah, I hope they avoid the high pick in the lesser year and get 1-1 in 2025, but a million things would have to happen for that to occur.

ACL won 6-1. Ronny Hernandez 3-3, HR, bb. Wolkow 1-3, bb, sb. Game2 DSL Sox win 5-2. In addition to Mogollon, Adrian Gil hit his 5th HR. Mogollon OPS .999, Gil .998. Will be interesting to see if/how this translates to the States, along with Nunez and Flores who are also tearing up this league.

It's 10. They called the first game #5 and bumped the other ones up to 6, 7, 8, 9 and today's was 10.

Here's the weird thing. Game 1 was the completion of a much earlier game, so it was credited as his 5th HR.

Eder can’t get anyone out in the 4th. Some bad luck, but he gave up a massive 3 run homer. Barons trail 5-1.

W-S wins 8-4. Sweep 6 game series. Brooks Baldwin 3-5 and he looks pretty good playing ss. He’s not a huge impact guy, but I definitely think he belongs in the latter half of the Top 30. 2022 draft looking darn good.

9th hitter hit a HR, but he thought it was the lead off hitter. Then he was one hitter behind for the rest of the inning.

Bush fell apart in the 6th. 4 runs, 2 HR. Curt Bloom lost track of who was hitting so it got extra frustrating.

Gonzalez hits into a DP but it was a one hop rocket to 1b. He looks so much better when he pulls the ball.

The HR confirms my thoughts about him pulling the ball more. His swing to LF reminds me of Robin Ventura, it's unnatural and awkward. I believe, like Ventura, maybe he's better off goin LCF to dead pull and give up trying to go the other way.

Barons game is like a Sox game. Top of the innings are taking forever. Cannon has been good, but they're making him work. Barons are up and down quickly so far.

His single was hit pretty hard tonight, but yeah, he has not been impressive so far.

No Quero or Tatum today for Barons.

Baldwin is off to a nice start in A+. The fact they have him playing ss could really improve his versatility. I think he's played every position except catcher this year.
