He didn't deliver the entire month of May. Jose is a excellent hitter.. but he is put up as some kind of poster boy for consistency when he actually is pretty streaky. But I guess that's not uncommon for baseball.

Hometown announcers always be talking about how "these guys really like each other" winning record, losing record, a common go to. They do appear to like each other - however to me that has nothing to do with the manager.
