I don't think he'll make it out of the NL.

With 8 games in a row to start the season, I would imagine we see an 8 man bullpen to open the season (3 man bench: catcher, infielder, Shuck) then a roster move the first day off for another bench guy.

Take it for what it's worth, but an administrator on the "Chicago White Sox Territory" Facebook page says he knows someone close to organization that says we are still negotiating with him. He mentions it in the comments in the post about Matt Albers.

There was a suggestion where they either deal Revere again or play him a few times a week giving the injury plagued Werth more time off. Revere could also get into every game via double switch, pinch hitting, pinch running, defensive sub. Although I don't really know who would leadoff if they signed him and cut Revere's playing time (Murphy? Seems more like a #2 though). Please no Desmond. I'd rather keep the draft pick and go with Saladino using the saved money to add another outfielder and another arm (either SP, RP or both).
