Yeah I lost 27 pounds from beginning of May through September. Did like a month of keto to drop weight quick and then let myself cheat like once a week and mostly stayed low carb. Then fall hit and then I wasn’t as strict. Walking every day on my break for an hour during the summer months helped drop a lot of weight since you’re drenched in sweat on those hot days. I need to get back to keto and walking every day.
I can't speak from my own experience as I don't have kids yet but talking to people who have multiple kids make it seems like its because you're already experienced.
And my sister had a baby girl in April. I feel like once they can sit up on their own and you don't have to worry about the neck as much it feels way different (at least for me when I spend time with her).
It's a 324 game suspension actually. None of his time missed prior to the announcement of that counts since he was paid.
And also, is there any source that says they are moving on from him? They wouldn't really have to if they're not paying him anyway.
Yeah it would shock no one if they were looking to sign him (or any other potential right-handed hitting 4th OF option) but I doubt this guys knows anything.
Sosa is still young enough to where I don't want to stick him on the bench quite yet. Rather see him get every day reps in the minors than that. Romy turning 27 late next season is a guy I'd be ok with being an MLB utility player/platoon 2B next year, especially since he has experience all over the field.
He was just out-righted off the 40-man. Don’t think he had enough service time to opt for free agency. You might be thinking of Payton since they were both out righted at same time.
They did lose some guys to minor league free agency (Rutherford, Adolfo). Plus Colas will be promoted. Then Haseley, Payton, Hamilton, Sheets (assuming he’s not on MLB roster in some way for minor league depth).
