The bolded is just flat out wrong. And it's not so much that they didn't sign Conforto. At the time when we didn't know about the shoulder, yes a lot of people wanted him. But it's also the fact they didn't really address the RF issue at all.

Seems like that is probably why they selected Burger when Robert was placed on the Covid IL. So Burger can spell Moncada for a game or two while he is up. Edit: although, we do have a couple of days off coming up in the next 6 days.
