4 teams in the AL Central fought to get into the 2024 Playoffs. The only team to draw 2 million fans was Cleveland. The Orioles had thousands of empty seats at there game last night. Evidently these fan bases weren't too excited about there teams.

When Daley denided the permit to Allyn, Allyn started talking to Milwaukee about moving the team there.

Art Allyn wanted to build a baseball stadium at Roosevelt and Clark in 1967 with his own money. Mayor Daley wouldn't give him the permit to build the stadium.

The new White Sox stadium will happen. JR will have to pay for half of it. ($600 million) It will be a great thing for the franchise. The new White Sox stadium is a better deal for the city than the Bears stadium.

I heard Getz say there's not going to be any short cuts to this situation. Which tells me they're not going to spend any money this off season on any good free agents. Looks like a few more real bad years.

Older White Sox fans remember how Harry Caray changed his act when he went to the Cubs. The Cubs ownership would have never tolerated the real Harry Caray. Caray became a houseman for the Cubs.

Steve Stone said on TV the other night that alot of the present players won't be on the team next year. Maybe he knows something that we don't.
