If we had a real CF, perhaps Willie could have made this team out of ST at his natural position of 2B instead of having to learn a new fielding position. WAY TO GO KENNY!!!!

That was a great game..... Garland's to lose. Of course, after a lead off hit in the bottom 9, JM didn't see it that way. Fortunately, we didn't have Botch to blow that game wide open last year.

I know what you're saying cw..... even though Frank fouled out late in the game on a pop-up..... 8th inning I think. I'm just stating that if this team was hitting and Frank was doing what he is doing now in the 3-spot, he'd be killing the team.

I guess Frank never sees that meat right down the middle of plate on the first pitch of nearly every AB. Frank never swings at that pitch until the game is on the line.

Not that there is a particular hot bat that would do any better, but Frank is killing this team in the 3-hole.

But when you're down 5..... 6..... hell, however many runs the White Sox were behind at the time, the team on the whipping end usually gets the close calls. This just added insult to injury. Not that Jerry Manuel will ever do anything about it

The umping has been atrocious..... on both sides of the ball. However, the White Sox have been on the bad end of the calls more often than at the good end of the calls.

That's the biggest f***ing joke through all this..... the White Sox Organization couldn't reward a 34-game winner in the offseason with a decent contract..... WHO DID IT IN A f***ING WHITE SOX UNIFORM..... but they reward what is turning out to be Ritchie Part Deaux with a fat contract BEFORE HE THROWS ONE f***ING HR BALL IN A WHITE SOX UNIFORM. I'm one s***ty move away from totally writing off this joke of an Organization.

I'm not trying to start s*** here, but I seem to recall that a LOT of people here ( not everyone, of course ) were VERY happy with all of KW's moves over the winter. Koch, Colon, Daubach and Loaiza - they were all good moves on paper. Not to everyone, obviously, since someone somewhere must've been upset when even Clayton was let go! Hell, even my guy RPS was asking if KW had become a real GM at long last!! Remember THAT, Mike??? Things just haven't worked out....again....as usual. I disagree. While KW has pulled off some big moves, he's also the guy who left us extremely weak up the middle with no CF. This team, out of ST, had glaring holes..... both offensively, defensively, and managerial. All have "blown up in KW's face" not to the surprise of this Sox fan. Like I said to a couple of Sox fans I know..... If I didn't expect the White Sox to trip on their dicks and get their asses handed to them these 2 weeks, I'd really be pissed..... Botch blowing the lead to KC in the 9th pissed.
