While I haven't jumped on the Jimenez bandwagon just yet, what is the love affair with Ray Durham ? His range was far from exceptional (though better than Jimenez through 6 games ), he thought he was a power hitter when he had the tools to become a premier lead-off man, and..... this is JMHO, but I thought he dogged quite a bit. While Ray is faster on the basepaths than Jimenez, if he was in the upper echelon of 2B-men, why the lack of interest throughout MLB?

While I'm usually in agreement with you baseball-wise, you picked a bad day to rip on Jimenez..... a solo HR and a HUGE 2 RBI double that would have probably been 3 RBI's if that jackoff wouldn't have interferred with a ball in play that added to a 3-2 White Sox lead. And as for Jimenez's range, with the exception a few great defensive plays you occasionally got out of Ray Durham (you'll get a few gems out of Jimenez too..... trust me), his range isn't what I would consider to be exceptional..... IMHO. Stewart was today's player of the game but consideration also has to be thrown over to Jimenez for two big offensive hits.

3 days makes in baseball. On Friday during the pregame tailgate deluge, the White Sox were tied with Detroit for cellar dweller after 3 games. 3 days later, the White Sox are tied with Minnesota for 2nd Place in the AL Central and ..... because of a KC/Cleveland postponment, the White Sox picked up 1/2 A GAME ON THE AL CENTRAL LEADING ROYALS . Oh yeah..... the Sox and sCrUBS now have identical records after one week of baseball play. Tell all the sCrUB fans that gave us crap after Opening Day to put that in their pipe and smoke it! :fyou

You get the order because lawyers and judges say the police have to explain to you what your rights are. Also, you cannot invoke your "rights" if only being questioned by the police without the police officers taking you into custody. Failure to answer a question when asked by police when you are not under arrest could lead to a charge of Obstructing a Police Officer. Only once you are under arrest and questioned by a police officer are you allowed the right to remain silent.
