In my years of fandom, the White Sox have usually played better when they are underestimated. I do not mind one bit if they are picked to take 3rd in the Central this season. Let's get this started and see what they can do.

My better half has suggested a trip to Spring Training. We have never been there or to Arizona at all. Just going to catch 1 game and then several more days in AZ. Any suggestions of places not to miss or other tips?

It seems to me that the White Sox have a history of playing better when they have a bit of a chip on their shoulder so yes hopefully they shut the naysayers up, as you said. As far as Tim is concerned, I am pretty sure this will be his last season on the South Side, with Montgomery knocking on the door. If the Sox look anything like last year, I expect Tim gone at the trade deadline this season with Elvis finishing the year at SS again.
