Absolutely not.. Not at this moment.. They have 1 hitter that would scare us in their system (Tork) and some great pitching. I've always been the low man on Mize but think Skubal and Manning will be legit. Either way their pitching will be great, hitting will be bad.. The bad news is, the pitching is ready NOW.. Hitting is nowhere to be found... Their rebuild will not be ready at the same time (like ours) which is a big deal. I don't see them having a window except maybe 4-5ish years down the line.

I don't think you can go into a season you expect to REALLY compete with a potential question mark at closer (Foster, Burdi,Heuer). You have to sign/trade someone.

Now I know stealing isn't always the smartest thing.. But I saw that we are 27th TWENTY-SEVENTH in the league in stolen bases.. We likely have a top 5 speed team in the league. How is this possible? Have we decided to not let them steal? Robert has only 4 but could get 40 easily. Moncada used to steal 30 in the minors, Anderson, Engle, etc.. Any insight?
