  • Nope. Nobody will ever have to hear/read greg's opinions on the pick. Who'd we take in round two?

Callis has Madrigal to the Sox in his latest mock and said Singer may be “slipping”!!!

Who else is in the acceptance stage?

He's probably the most connected to real info since he works for mlb.com, right?

Me. I have a bottle of Glenmorangie 10 to help me cope. :)

For anyone who doesn't have a TV near, but DOES have a Comcast Xfinity account, watching the MLB Network stream on Tv.Xfinity has less of a delay than watching on mlb.com

I don’t think that’s the reason he does have some decent accuracy in mocks though. Hope he’s right.

I’m prepared for the letdown, but I’m still convinced this Singer talk is all a smokescreen.

Watching this thread likely has the least delay. Twitter will probably have the picks a couple minutes before the broadcast.

It's interesting the split on Singer - after watching his last start I wouldn't be surprised if he slips. He was 89-92 with his fastball and had trouble putting hitters away with 2 strikes. He left quite a few balls over the plate and got hit harder than his final line would indicate.

I would say Klaw and kiley

By a weak hitting team it seems

So everyone making this group decision wants one guy and KW wants Singer. If this is true and Singer is the pick, everyone with any pride should immediately resign. I am calling BS on this report. Another KW conspiracy theory.

BA's last mock has us with Singer, MLB.com has us with Madrigal.

Hope mlb.com is right.

Wow Singer to 9 is a huge drop on this new MLB.com mock. Last start have something to do with it?

9 is more the range Singer should go.

Well yeah, Twitter will likely have the pick before the TV broadcast does, but I like seeing the pick get announced, not reading it on Twitter. As soon as Twitter leaks the 3rd overall pick, I'll be off the internet until the Sox pick goes up on TV.

How early will the Tigers pick leak?

My guess is he was on everyone’s shortlist but never the top so everyone just assumed he’d go earlier.

Not me. I want it to be over. I want to know.

Fair enough. I look forward to coming back and seeing either the outrage or elation over a pick of Singer or Madrigal. ?
