he's taking a throw from 3B and he's got his right foot on the RF side of the bag and furthermore it's not his heel on the bag -- he's doing some weird ankle twist.  It's like WTF?  I've also noticed that he's either really lazy or really sloppy holding runners on.  He's not in a good position to make a tag on pickoffs most of the time.
