Is it me, or is anyone else getting the impression McCann is actually the starter over Castillo? He seems to be playing way more this spring.

I think if the Sox wanted to put the best lineup out there every day, it would usually include Leury

Yeah, I think Adam Engel and Yolmer both have compromat on Renteria.

Leury needs to start in CF, which was true regardless of his spring performance. 

WTF is Moncada bunting for. It's ok to do that vs the shift, but not straight up.

That AB is why you don't mess with Moncada's patience. Down 1-2, ends up walking. 

Admittedly I haven’t seen much of ST this year, mostly out of frustration from the Machado debacle, but how has Moncada looked at 3B?  Has he adjusted well?

Yeah, he looks decent. GG quality? No. Average to above? Yes.

What little I have seen, good.  The lack of freakouts probably means he has been at least solid.

He's looked fine every time I've seen him. Haven't seen him really challenged, though. Today he almost goofed up a routine play by taking about 5 steps before throwing, but I'm not losing sleep over it.

Thanks guys. I look forward to see if Moncada can take a step forward this year offensively and jump start this team. 

Leury Legend better be in CF opening day or we riot (again?)!

Good outing for Nova. He’ll probably start in Cleveland for the Indians home opener.

I want to tweak his patience so he's not in 1-2 counts 70 percent of the time.
